Metal Summary

Metal Summary

A large quantity and variety of metals were recovered from CA79.  Three loci produced either iron or bronze.  Additionally, one bronze pin fragment was recovered from baulk trim. Loci 3 and 6 produced the most. Locus 6 produced three bronze fragments, an iron fragment, as well as a rectangular bronze sheet fragment, which was catalogued as 20130049. Locus 3 produced nine bronze fragments, two amorphous iron fragments, as well as a worked bronze fragment with iron (catalogued as 20130015).
