STRATEGY: Until the drawing of tholos is done to go down at the southern half of the trench. Trying to understand the relations of plaster f180 with some stones around it and if pos, to see what it's relation with the tholos. If 1:20 drawing finishes today at reasonably early time, we would like to see how the tholos were built and what are the relations of it with other features of the trench.
SUMMARY: At the southern half of the trench we went down around 15cm. Most of the stones occupying these has been removed with their unsorted function due to disturbances took place earlier. At 101.57 a new lot is given to entire area since we seem under the tholos building 1807, even though we are still in the developed soil. As in the 1801, now soil is brown, very soft, producing reasonable amount of bones, flints but plentiful amount of pottery. Apart from that 1:20 scale drawing finished by Stuart. Levels will be taken next working day. Another possible circular structure appearing at athe exact location of plaster f180. At the edge of plaster a wall covering the plaster surface itself. Continuation of this wall is not clear at the NE corner of it because it abuts with the wall of other tholos' wall f183. This abutting area will hopefully give an answer than the other or vice versa. Aat the NE quadrant of the structure of f180, there is a pit with round shape, in 80cm diameter. Function of this pit is not clear but the round shape of it and artifacts suggest that this is a shallow (10cm deep) threshing area. During the cleaning of it lot 1808 & f185 are given to this location.
