Work continued in cuts 2 and 3, and cleaning down the wall of the east room of the building complex. In cut 2, Dark Brown II stratum pottery is scarce but 3 rocchette were found, all within one grid, L/46.
In cut 3, we have encountered what seems to be a wall, running from north to south in J-K/49. This wall, a continuation of the enigmatic stones in H-I/49 excavated in previous seasons, still cannot be explained. It runs parallel to the wall of the "bastion" (Rectangle 1) and also seems aligned with the walls of our building.
