Agger 2
36 boxes of tiles
Section C Tiles continued to be lifted in the strip next to section D.
Found: painted disk; small bits of bronze; guilloche fragment; bottom of a pithos, against the wall in section D at the western end of the strip; terracotta "cut-out" and the left foot of a statue.
It should be noted that the tiles are much more concentrated here and in section D, especially near the crosswall, than they were in agger 1 and agger 2A where they were only one level deep.
