Relatively little pottery was recovered from T 59 in 2014, although the vast majority of pottery found came from contextualized loci.

Loci 1 , 2 , and 3 were all topsoil and therefore decontextualized. Fairly small quantities of pottery were found in each locus, with a total of only 249 sherds, or 26.13% of all pottery, coming from topsoil. A chronological mix of materials, including six sherds of medieval pottery from all three loci, was found in these loci. Furthermore, most pottery recovered from these loci were heavily worn and abraided. No cataloged ceramics came from these three loci.

Locus 4 yielded notably higher quantities of pottery than the three overlying loci ( Loci 1 , 2 , and 3 ). In this locus, 274 sherds of pottery, or 28.75% of all pottery recovered, were found. All pottery found in Locus 4 was ancient, indicating that this was a contextualized deposit. The vast majority of ceramics found in Locus 4 were coarseware or impasto, although these were all relatively well preserved; 78 sherds of coarseware and 143 sherds of impasto were found in Locus 4 , totalling 28.47% and 52.19%, respectively. Very little fine impasto and bucchero came from this locus; only 40 sherds of fine impasto and 13 fragments of bucchero were recovered totalling 14.60% and 4.74% of the locus assemblage, respectively. Furthermore, although all ceramics are clearly ancient, no chronologically diagnostic sherds of pottery were recovered in Locus 4 .

Locus 5 contained the most pottery of any locus, must of which was found integrated amongst the rocks that defined this locus. In this locus, excavators found 398 sherds of pottery, or 41.76% of all pottery recovered. Like Locus 4 , the vast majority of pottery found in Locus 5 was coarseware or impasto; 99 sherds of coarseware, or 24.87% of the locus assemblage, were found while 213 sherds of impasto, totalling 53.52% of the locus assemblage, were recovered. Although fairly low quantities of fine impasto and bucchero were found in this locus (73 sherds of fine impasto or 18.34% of the locus\' pottery and 13 sherds of bucchero or 3.27% of the locus\' assemblage), the amount of fine ceramics and the percentages of the locus assemblage is higher than in other loci. Notably, one bucchero vessel ( 20140128 ) is typologically similar to, but smaller than, a vessel found on the floor of OC3 Tripartite Building, suggesting that this rock feature which comprises Locus 5 dates to the second half of the 7th century BCE and is contemporary with the other three buildings of the 7th century complex.  This is further supported by the discovery of a cut out akroterion fragment ( 20140087

20140087 ), which also dates to this period and was recovered from the rock packing of Locus 5 .

No pottery was found in Locus 6 as this was unexcavated.

Locus 7, which was a sounding made in the southeast corner of the trench, contained only 23 sherds of pottery, or 2.41% of the total ceramic assemblage of T 59.  The majority of pottery recovered from this locus was impasto, although courseware (four sherds) and fine impasto (three sherds) were also found.  No chronologically diagnostic pottery sherds were recovered from this locus.
