Daily Log

June 6, 1975

Work continued in T-18, N.E., grids K/28-30.

We seem to be excavating a pavement: hard-packed yellow earth and red earth with bits of carbon between a layer of rocks - again only a few small bits of pottery were found.

Several fragments of thick tile with smooth reddish surface were unearthed in grid K/30.  Possibly ridge-pole tile.
