A pick pass was made in the western most half of the trench.

40 liters of soil from locus 6 (about 5 buckets) were set aside for archaeobotanical analysis by the flotation team.

A pick pass was made in the eastern half of the trench.

The pin and coil of a bronze fibula were discovered.

Due to the amount of non-diagnostic pieces of pottery preserving minuscule amounts of slip, we shall begin bulk finding non-diagnostic slipped pottery.

A pick pass was made in the western half of the trench.

With the remaining portion of the morning, the southern lip of the trench was cleaned.

Locus 6

A bronze, arched body of a fibula was discovered in the same region as the fibula fragments and bulk bronze from the morning.

It has been observed that a higher concentration of larger pieces of plaster have emerged.

A pick pass in the western half of the trench was performed.
