Daily Log

June 24, 2005

Excavation commenced in locus 3 .  The soil is brown in color tending towards yellowish.  Six bowls (24 cm. in diameter, 7 cm. in depth) of terracotta fragments were recovered.  One-half latte box of bone was found along with 2/3 latte box of pottery.  The trench was lowered approximately 5 cm.  No special finds were made.
