Excavation began late in the morning because of morning rain. The surface of the trench was wet approximately 2cm into the soil. A pick was completed 3 meters by .5 meters running through the middle of the trench. A cavetto fragment (Special Find #1) was pulled up during the pick.

Elevation: 28.89 m. A.E.
Coordinates: 47.33 m. S/107.8 m E
Once the first pick was cleared a second one was done covering the remaining 3 meter by .5 meter middle strip. During the sorting of dirt a piece of vitrified terracotta (Special Find #2) was found.
