Lithics Summary
2015 Lithics Summary
T-58 yielded one lithic find during the 2015 season of excavation. This was Special Find # 1, Thursday 16th July, Non-Local Stone, Locus 5 , FGT-III
This stone was particularly porous and light. It was a light grey in color with white grains approximately the size of a grain of rice included within its surface. This rock was uncovered in many small fragments, at first appearing to be a collection of vitrified terracotta. However, upon closer inspection it was determined to be rock which was not native to the area.
