Condition | The fragment is a join of three individual sherds. The surface is well worn, especially near the break edges. |
Description | Fragment of an apparent pan tile with an unusually high flange. The top pan tile face and the interior face of the flange are both finished, while the opposite faces remain unfinished and rough. The flange rises perpendicular to the tile, tapering and slightly rounding as it approaches the edge. A thin ridge, approximately 0.005 m in width, is visible along the top edge of the flange. |
