Condition The file is in good condition, preserving most of the original shape. A small portion of the forked end of the rasp is missing. Slight patches of light and dark green corrosion are visible on the surface of the fragment.
Description The file is divided into two sections by a decorative ring from which nine projections radiate. At the center of these projections of a small perforation. The handle is cylindrical in section and tapers to a fine point. The file itself preserves approximately 20 grooves which terminate about 0.007 m from the decorative ring. The reverse side of the file section is slightly convex.
