Description | Mid-yellow brown scatter of flint - probably an area of knapping many flakes are orientated vertically possibly due to animal disturbance. On discovery, the upper layers of the scatter consisted of much finer flakes suggesting retouch took place after the initial knapping. Second Layer recovered consisting of larger flakes and more cortex in evidence. |
