Description | Locus 12, the designated Suleiman column, is constructed of consolidated diagonally dressed heart-shaped composite column drums which visibly extend 1.58 m along the north edge of the trench. The column has been consolidated to a height of 12 drums and does not retain any sign of plastering. The column has an Attic base that measures 2.09 m in width and 0.51 m in height. To the west, the inter columnar wall, Locus 11, is built up to this column. |
