Surface exploration methods | the soil observed consisted of silt loam. The site is situated in an upland setting and has thin, very eroded topsoil with a depth of less than 10 cm (r in.) bs. 2 Lithic flakes made of Laurel and Jeffersonville cherts were recovered. No diagnostic artifacts were recovered, prohibiting the determination of a cultural affiliation. |
