Open Context editors approximated the georeferenced location of this plan based on directions from Andrew Moore. Andrew Moore indicated that the survey marker (the triangle with a height of 289 m on this plan) approximates the site location for Abu Hureyra. Open Context editors used georeferencing tools in QGIS (open source GIS software) to approximate the georeferenced location and scale of this plan. Once georeferenced, this plan was used to define geospatial polygon features for each trench. |
