Description Preserves the left end of the lateral sima. The left end, lower in height than the front, is flat outside and is curved convexly inside; on the inside, the front of the sima forms a concave curve with the base. The front is not preserved high enough to show any of the cavetto molding. On the extreme left, the front surface is depressed by 0.005 m in a section 0.075 m wide, to enable the head from the adjoining piece of sima to overlap. The depressed surface is not even and becomes deeper to the left. The right edge of this depressed area is vertical; to the right lies the true surface of the sima, which is broken by the rosette scar containing deep diagonal striations running left to right. The rosette scar is 0.110 m across at its widest point. On the extreme right is a scar left by the edge of the waterspout.
