The GeoJSON vector GIS file provides a Web friendly preview for the geospatial features that document the spatial extent of Area B stratigraphic units. The GeoJSON vector GIS uses the WGS-84 Web Mercator projection system which somewhat distorts the mapping. For analytic purposes, we recommend using the GIS files provided here, as these use a more analytically appropriate projection. |
