Began the day by taking depths within each meter in order to better see the progression of the trench. began excavation in meters E188/S49-50 and made a 5 cm cut across. Immediately began to yield large pieces of tile, some pottery including a pithos rim, and small bits of bone. Consistently finding large amounts of plaster in varying states of decay. Designated a small area within meters E188/S50 approx 65cm x 55cm as locus 15. Locus 15 is characterized by a gray galestra-like soil with lots of carbon and shale-like rock. Within this locus the amounts of pottery and tile have not been as great as locus 14 but have discovered large quantities of reed impressed plaster (find #6).

Tile yielded today was about 1 full cassette, approx. 50 pieceds of plaster of varying sizes and 2 1/4 latte boxes of pottery and bone.
