July 22, 1967

Work continued in trench 2D, with the following fragments found:

A few pieces of cornice and guilloche.

A very well preserved fragment of banquet frieze (lower right-hand corner).

A piece of lateral sima with cornice and one animal's ear preserved.

A fragment of pithos base and a few large pieces of heavy pottery.
