Description Locus 2 was declared in the northern half of the trench after a rock packing was found. It was declared in order to differentiate the rock feature and to further define the rocks. The soil around the rocks was a slightly sandy, olive colored soil that yielded one piece of pottery, 1.6%, and some very worn terra cotta pieces.
