Description | Flot #2, >4mm, 100% sorted, fully analyzed This is a small unit of light to medium brown bone. The fragment size is fairly large with few pieces under 3 cm. In the dry sieve the material is all clean, unabraded long bone fragments and diagnostics. There is no axial skeleton and only one cranial piece. There is one burnt fragment, no gnawing, trample, or polish. I looks like post-consumption waste in very clean fill. The flot sample is slightly more mixed with about 5% burning and some ribs and vertebrae. However, it still resembles fill rather than construction material. It certainly is not abraded or rolled. Last Number = F42 |
