|Condition||Restored from four fragments. Head is chipped at the eye, upper hair strand, and the top of the head of her left side; the bottom of the piece, and the nose, primarily on her right. A large chip is missing from the right side of the forehead. Surface is lightly pitted and worn. The lead nail is broken off at the wider end and is cracked.|
