Description | Fragment preserves rim of a shallow bowl or lid with convex body with flat, slanted rim and decorated top surface, and with thin ridge of clay on bottom. Upper or outer surface has two thick, flat-topped ridges just below rim set off by three regular rounded grooves; below these, on thinner, convex surface are traces of a row of impressed designs: recessed circles with broad round raised centers and thin raised strokes radiating from it in a sort of sunburst pattern. |
