Condition Broken at both ends and along one side; restored from four fragments; burnt, worn, and slightly encrusted.
Description Ivory plaque, rectangular in cross section, preserving one lateral edge, apparently part of a long rectangular plaque, smooth on the back and on the edge, except for a slash on the back which pierces the edge, with incised decoration on the front; decoration consists of a horizontal groove parallel to and 0.001 m from the edge and a stylized lotus pattern in very shallow incision; the lotus flowers alternate tops and down and are connected by a wavy line.
