Fabric Description Terracotta
Description A fragment of a loom weight that preserves the top of the weight and and a small part of the bore hole. The top of the loom weight is comprised of 4 sides that meet at a central, flattened peak. The broken edge of the loom weight is uneven and heavily pitted. The bore hole is most visible on the unfinished side and is detectable by its curved, finished impression in the terracotta.
