Description Locus 8 contains a moist, claylike, and heavily mottled soil that is primarily yellowish brown with patches of dark bluish gray. This locus contains an increase in material which produced approx 4 bowls of terracotta and 2 boxes of pottery. Additionally this locus appears to also be dated to the archaic phase of occupation on Piano del Tesoro due to the presence of a statue fragment (20110065) in the locus.
