Description | Locus 7 was opened to represent the entirety of the trench, including the extensions Locus 4 and Locus 5/6. It contained 3 linear rock features running north to south and extending into the northern trenches CA 74 and CA 71. These rock features were intermixed with architectural terracotta and pottery. A tile spill was in the northeastern most meter, though was excavated as Locus 10. Locus 7 was not excavated, though scraped of loose dirt. An insignificant amount of artifacts were thus unearthed in the scraping. |
