Pick pass done in the eastern meter strip to level the trench down to the concentration of rock. Simultaneously, the rock concentration (and possible feature) defined. All soil encountered is Locus 2 soil. Soil sorted and cleaned from the trench. In defining the rocks found a coil made pottery sherd slightly under the edge of one of the rocks. Can see a second possibly associated fragment deeper beneath a nearby rock.
