Introduction
Introduction
The area of Piano del Tesoro, designated T-27 in the initial excavation of the 1985 season, will be further investigated in this year's campaign. The goals for our reopening of this area may be briefly summarized.
- To expose and define the material associated with the destruction of the S.E. building which has eroded down the south flank of the hill.
- To further clarify the burn layer and associated material recovered below the floor level of the southeast building.
- To investigate the possible existence of a kiln, associated with the southeast building on this flank of the hill.
