Work continued in Trench 19 in the north extension, grids J-M/31-32. They finished clearing through the medium dark brown layer and began clearing the reddish brown tile layer. The concentration of tiles here is not extremely heavy. However, this stratum contains many pieces of carbon.
In grids K-M/31, a stone foundation running N-S and approx. 40 cm wide was uncovered. To the east of this foundation, there appears to be a dump of smaller chipped stones. These stones and the foundation are on the same level as the reddish brown tile stratum. Amongst the stones to the east of the wall, there is a heavy carbon concentration mixed with the reddish soil. The foundations running E-W were also cleared, showing their norther edge. See plan on p. 108.

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.
The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
