Trimmed the north and east baulks of the trench, producing 1 latte box of pottery and bone, including several large fragments of coarseware, and approximately 15-20 small fragments of tile and plaster.

Began a cut in Y-Z/18 moving west, 125-140 cm. deep approximately.  The soil was yellow-brown with a sandy texture.  A few fragments of pottery and bone (6-8) were recovered along with four small tile fragments.
