1N Continued removing of dirt. Number of hills increased towards the Eastern end of the trench. Very few tiles (almost gap) between 4.15m and 8.35m facing West. Foundation of stones appeared along the N edge 4.60m facing W. Visible width 1.70m.

Two oddly shaped objects were found (one 1.40m N, 6.20m E and the other along the E edge 1.10m N). They looked like horns ? on arms  but could very wll have served as legs for a stool ? or a pot ?

Sketch of trenches

1P A new trench, 1P, was laid out along the south side (see diagram above) again to orient the complex with the building. A margin of about a meter was left on the outside of the corner and the wall traced westward for 13.5 meters. The trench was taken down to the top of the wall and produced 2 1/2 boxes of tile with 5 or 6 pieces of pottery.
