The new cut was taken down to the second layer. N8 produced 1 box of small procession frieze fragments.

6 boxes of tiles were dumped from the whole trench.
All the trenches were cleaned and swept thoroughly.
T6E (2)
Trench was extended on meter to the east in prepartion for the visit of the director of the Florence Museum. Topsoil was cleared and produced a few tile fragments. A small falt piece of bronze was fond, as well as a fragment of sima in H-5.
