All other Loci contain no metal.

A small amount of metal was recovered this season in SF-2.  Two of the pieces, a bronze pendant ( 20080020

20080020 ) and an iron tang ( 20080064 20080064 ), can be associated with the occupation phase of OC3 due to both their strata, the orientalizing scrape for the pendant and among the archaic wall construction for the tang, and their find spots which were securely from inside the foundations of OC3.  Unfortunately, the other catalogued find, a bronze fibula coil ( 20080052 20080052 ), was found in the backfill overlying the archaic wall and thus can be given no firm date.  The other metal find was a small fragment of bronze but again due to its stratum could not be securely dated.
