The plan for today is for me to continue peeling back L2003 while my workers trowel around close to the oven, L2002 in the hope of finding the its associated surface. if they don't find it I'll probably have them push down L2004 by another 5cm.
After consulting with Bradley w decided to get a photo after the surface is articulated. Then we will push down L2003 to the level of l2004.

| Has note | The purpose of the daily journal was to record the activities taking place in a trench each day. This included which loci were excavated, how and why loci were excavated and the ongoing impressions of the relationships among loci. It should be noted that journals record the actions, impressions and ideas of trench supervisors during the excavations. They are not, therefore, the final interpretations or syntheses of the emerging data. |
