Two additional special finds were made during pottery brushing, an impasto rim with hatched marks (this was made special find #6) and a sherd with two incisions (this was made special find #7).

Excavation continued in locus 6 .  The stones appearing in the western sector of the trench were drawn and then removed.  These stones were relatively flat on their bottoms.  The soil is becoming darker and more heavily mottled.  The entire trench was lowered approximately 5 cm.  Approximately 2 1/2 bowls (24 cm. in diameter, 7 cm. in depth) of plaster and some terracotta fragments were recovered.  One plaster fragment approximated 1/2 bowl.  It had two finished sides being approximately 8 cm. thick between the two finished surfaces.  Three and one-half latte boxes of pottery sherds were recovered along with a 1/2 latte box of bone fragments.  There were five special finds (#1:  Amphora handle fragment; #2:  Amphora base fragment; #3:  Handle fragment; #4:  Glass fragment;#5:  Tondo fragment, possibly Greek).
