Completed an entire pickpass of the trench. Soil remains medium light brown. Concentration of tile and pottery recovered from the northern meter. Little tile excavated from the southern part of the trench. The northern half of the trench was picked. Far less tile is present now. Soil becoming finer, but still a medium light brown.

Worked on flattening the lip between CB 57 and CB 55 extension (west boundary). No work this afternoon due to Palio.

1. 85cm B.D. = 25.29m A.E.

2. 79cm B.D. = 25.35m A.E.

3. 99cm B.D. = 25.15m A.E.

4. 94cm B.D. = 25.20m A.E.
