Daily Log

June 30, 2000

The current cut was brought down to the level of the floor of the neighboring trench ( EC III ) from 1999. It was then extended westward at that depth to meter 168 E. The baulks were cleaned in preparation for the break. The soil will be sun-baked and hardened when we return in five days. No new loci were discovered, but a bronze lump (find #1) and 1/3 latte box of pottery were recovered.

Editorial Note

Open Context editors work with data contributors to annotate datasets to shared vocabularies, ontologies, and other standards using 'Linked Open Data' (LOD) methods.

The annotations presented above approximate some of the meaning in this contributed data record to concepts defined in shared standards. These annotations are provided to help make datasets easier to understand and use with other datasets.
