Daily Log

AM

We started by taking sevela passes with the pickaxe within meters 4N 33W - 4N 35W and 5N 33W - 5N 35W. As more topsoil was removed, more rocks appeared. We defined around the rocks by using the trowels and left them in situ. No pattern is visible, but the rocks do appear to be increasing in size as we move toward 8N.

Photographs of the trench were taken early in the morning showing the trench itself and its association with CA-46 and CA-42.

PM

We defined around the remaining rocks and ended work early due to rain. About 15 small pieces of terracotta were found for the entire day, and six pieces of impasto pottery.
