The trench was cleaned. The soil in grid F4 was sifted in order to detect possible ivory fragments-but in vain.

Tiles and pithos fragments were lifted in grid A-C 2. Three boxes were gathered part of a pithos rim appeared in B2. A curved fragment with a finished edge and a rope pattern, from B3, probably belongs to a ridge pole tile of the same type as the large tile fround in Rectangle 6 (see IE II ).
