Balk trim was carried out in the Western Extension (area around 173-E/49-S), carrying back the north balk wall approximately 20 cm. During this operation approximately 2 bowls (24 cm. in diameter, 7 cm. in depth) of terracotta fragments mixed with plaster were recovered. Approximately one latte box of pottery sherds and approximately 1/3 latte box of bone fragments were found. One special find was made (#1: Lateral Sima strigal fragment). The surface area of the Western Extension was also scraped down.
