Description Locus 10 lies beneath the eastern most part of Locus 3. It is directly east of the rock north-south rock feature that is Locus 9. At its southern most boundary is another line of stones, all around 30-4-cms in size. Locus 10 is therefore similar to part of the interior corner of a structure. The soil in Locus 10 is a medium-light to olive brown. Its texture is hard. Only one scrape of Locus 10 took place and it uncovered a rich array of material. 4 sherds of bucchero and 1 rim were recovered, along with 20 examples of fine impasto and a few sherds if coarseware and impasto. 19 fragments of bone were recovered and 2 pieces of slag. In addition numerous pieces of carbon and/or charcoal were present in the soil. Some pieces were as large as 1cm. Less than 10 fragments of tile were recovered. Catalogued Finds: Worked Antler Fragment - 20130103
