Item Notes
Units are 5 X 5 meter squares subdividing the site in a grid aligned to the cardinal directions. Units are containers for loci (plural for Locus) and help identify the location of different loci on the site. Units represent an arbitrary division of space and are not determined on the basis of archaeologically observed contexts.
