T-26 Summary: Students briefly continued to clean down the rock/tile packing at 45-60 cm. Tile: negl. Pottery: negl.
T-23 Summary: The 60 cm cut was continued in meter B/12. Tile: 1/2. Pottery: Negl.
The 60 cm cut was continued in B/12 with pick and careful checking of the soil in the wheelbarrow. The area NE of the stump on the wall of meter B/12 and A/12, where yesterday's find #46 was found, was excavated first - yielding more ivory fragments which appear to be of the same object as #46. This area around the stump was also rich in other ivory pieces. The soil continues to display burn layer - orange, light, with carbon.
Meter B/11 was also excavated to 60 cm.

Work continued as the morning in meter B/12. The soil still shows evidence of a burn layer - orange, light, with carbon.
Loose soil was left unchecked but covered with a wheelbarrow when work was stopped by a thunderstorm.
