After the stratigraphic section was completed for the north face of the trench, the projecting tiles in L/81 were removed from the baulk. Among the pan and cover tile fragments were fragments of pithos and a cooking pot.  A pan tile with a fingermark and the beginning of a letter was also recovered from the eastern baulk. No complete tiles were recovered and all pieces were placed on the tile pile.
